Junior Science Inventor winners!

Congratulations to our Junior Science Inventers! As part of Investigations week our Junior children were set the challenge of designing a new invention for the future. Designs included a breakfast machine, a computerised back scratcher and a USB device inserted into the brain to improve language.  Congratulations inventors!

Infant Investigation Hats Competition!

During Investigations Week years 1 and 2 took part in an investigations hat competition. Children from the infants were given the opportunity to create their own hats with either a numeracy or science theme. There were so many amazing hats that it was a very difficult task choosing the winners.

The children really enjoyed developing their creative and problem-solving skills during Investigations Week! We were lucky to have visits by the Maths Magician, Happy Puzzle Company and Freshwater Theatre Company. Many thanks to Miss Blood and Miss Gaughan for organising the week!
