With warmer weather being hopefully not too far away may I remind parents that children are allowed to bring a plastic water bottle and sunhat into school to ensure that they stay hydrated in class and can play safely in the sun. Next week our Year 6 children will be taking their Sats tests in reading, writing and maths. They have been working very hard and I am confident that they will do very well. These tests are taken by every child in England at the end of Year 6. Every year our children achieve highly and this year’s children are on course to do just as well as our previous years. Good luck Year 6!!

I am delighted to be able to tell you that Mrs Kimber had a baby boy yesterday, she has named him Oliver. Mother and baby are both doing very well!
