Our Year 6 children are working extremely hard during their SATs tests this week. We are so impressed with how hard they are trying and their very positive attitude.  This reflects all of the hard work that they have put in this year, really well done to all the Year 6 children you should be proud of your achievements.  Also really well done to all the staff who have worked hard to make the children feel confident in their abilities and ready to face a challenge.

On Friday we are having our Red, White and Blue day. The children do not need to bring any donation in for this.  In the afternoon we will be having a celebration party – let’s hope the sun is shining!  Friday is also the deadline for our Junior Writing Challenge, there is still time to enter.  Find the competition in the corridor by the literacy hall of fame.

Remember Friday 25th May is half term and the children come back to school on Tuesday 5th June.  The second half of the summer term is always really busy.  Look out for International Evening, Sports Day and our Year 6 children will have their residential week away in Tolmers Camp and also their production.  There is still so much to look forward to.
