Bedtime stories for Reception

‘It’s very important to read a bedtime story…. else how would your dreams know where to begin?’

When we look back at our childhood or our child’s childhood, our fondest memories are of those where we
would take them into the magical world of stories. Your Barnfield family would like to invite you and your
child to join us at our cosy bedtime story event on Monday 10th October 2022 at 3:30-4:00pm in our
lovely school library. This magical afternoon will consist of you sitting back and relaxing on a comfortable
cushion with a hot chocolate in hand while we read a lovely bedtime story to you and your child.
Your child will also receive a small gift for attending the session.

We are really looking forward to seeing you there. Please respond on Arbor to let us know whether you will
be attending the session.

If you are attending the session, we ask that you collect your child as normal and then walk around the
building to the school library (accessed by following the path in front of the green gates). Please feel free to
speak to the reception staff if you have any questions.
